I train lots of Judo and have for many years now. I decided to try Brazilian Jiu Jitsu while still training Judo. Out of the different options around town I have enjoyed Preformance Martial Arts. In the few months I have been attending the 6pm adult classes, I have come to learn a more technical and much better ground game from training here. Many people have been welcoming and friendly.
Rock solid gym for all ages. Well-credentialed coaches who break down the technique making it easy to understand. I trained here while visiting family in the area and everyone was very welcoming. Highly recommend. Will definitely be going back.
I have been training here for over a year and a half, and the training has consistently been exceptional. Ben is a great instructor and has always been willing to answer any questions I have.
