Loved the people in the surgical department, was pissed when I got to my room for overnight stay. Wasn’t told that I couldn’t smoke and was forced to go for over 24 hours without nicotine. If I wanted to quit I’d quit but it discriminatory to smokers to force them to choose between being discharged AMA or not smoking. Will never stay overnight again!
Was directed to go to the ED from an urgent care because imaging was needed that wasn't available elsewhere, it took about 5 hours to get that imaging done and the decision to admit to the hospital was made. I then waited in a medical bed in a hallway for 7 hours for a room to be available to put me in. The staff was great if overloaded with work. The food is noteablly worse than it was 8 months ago.
I i’ve been coming to Riverbend for years as of late. I’ve had some medical issues more than usual. The staff has been wonderful as far as my religious views and caring for me and the manner needed as an abuse survivor their kind and courteous of course there are issues always with may be a few, but they are quickly resolved as of recently yesterday I had a procedure, the anesthesiologist, and all the care from the team that was with me was so wonderful so kind so caring I am truly amazed, also the Spiritual help given by a woman named Beth, even though my religion was different the care and compassion she gave me stellar Dr. Ingalls Perform my surgery wonderful what… read full review
