Our family had a fire at our home and had to scramble to get things put together. Pete was an absolute pleasure to work with! He got us an estimate quickly, worked with our insurance company seamlessly, scheduled subcontractors diligently, and completed our project on time (actually a week early)! Our home sustained smoke damage from last years Holiday Farm Fire. Pemco insurance recommended Pete VanderBogart from Michael Scnear Contracting to assist us with these repairs. From the very first call Pete has been professional and responsive, overseeing the cleanup of our attic, heat and air ducts (and still to be done garage). The workers and services he arranged have been prompt, courteous and great to work with and Pete always followed up to be sure we were satisfied. Pete also went above and beyond and offered to provide much needed barn doors for my studio - a 'wish list' item but very necessary to my work.
