My review might be a bit biased but that's because I've worked at McKenzie valley pump for the last 15 years. I know everyone who works here appreciates the positive reviews and feedback, truly grateful!! I know it's not easy to please everyone but we truly work hard to do our best. We have a workforce with around 100 years of combined knowledge and experience in pump/well service and water filtration In this industry the knowledge and expertise is invaluable. As for the negative reviews, I am sorry hear them and wish you the best all the same. Even to the slanderous ones. In response to joe c, someone we've never worked for and never met. I can see why they recommend reconfiguring the install for a variety of reasons, most obviously the water logged tank but also the pvc fittings attached directly to the uv light. The uv filters tend to get hot and soften the pvc. Then you have leaks. Doesn't always happen but I've repaired more than I can remember. Also that 10" filter looks like it's disintegrating. Working with McKenzie Valley Pump, from the first contact, through the completed project was a great experience. They were responsive to my initial contact, and kept in touch throughout the stages of the project. Putting a hand pump on our well, along with replacing the main pump, and updating our aged system was a huge project. They came out promptly for a thorough site visit, to understand our needs, and came back with a detailed estimate in short order. They answered any questions we had quickly. Great company. We had them replace the well post fire. Then came a fight to eliminate the arsenic. Ted worked so hard to find a solution. The crew of men went above and beyond expectations. Tammy made sure we were informed. I highly recommend MVP.Services: Pump installation
