Had a large cypress limb snap about 10 feet up from the main part of tree during the windstorm last week, and it toppled over the fence into neighbor's yard. I called two places and left messages, with this being the third call made. They answered, came within a couple of hours, diagnosed the situation, quoted on the spot and took care of the giant limb and the remaining damaged primary portion of tree (which was compromised from the other large branch's snapping point). These guys were quick, concise, professional, safe, efficient and above all very nice. We had a very difficult dead tree to remove. In fact, three other companies committed to removing the tree and all cancelled within a day or two of their scheduled appointment. McKenzie Tree was prompt with their estimate and honored their commitment to remove it. Four workers showed up with a huge crane from Leif's Crane. By the way, that crane operator was AWESOME! Anyway, we could not be happier with McKenzie Tree and Castle Contract Climbers. They all worked hard to remove a very difficult to reach tree and cleaned up more than we could have asked for. Highly recommend McKenzie and Castle. Great guys!
