March 13th, 2023We recently had heavy rains and winds so water ended up leaking into my living room from my roof.. My State Farm Agent suggested McKenzie Taylor. I called an Grace answered the phone professionally. Took my info. Listened to my situation. Had someone call me back. John called an thoroughly explained my situation of my leak completely in a way I understood after I described it. Came right out the next morning. Did a thorough survey got on the roof.
