Describing the service I received from Jason Manis at J's pressure washing, using available adjectives, looks like this: Honesty, integrity, professional, thorough. These are the hallmarks of a successful business that is run by an hardworking individual who is focused on superior customer service. Mr. Manis provided a written estimate, scheduled the work in a timely manner at a convenient time for my schedule, then confirmed the subsequent appointment using communication methods of my choice. He showed up on time and was courteous and informative; explaining the scope of work to be performed very thoroughly, and providing real-time updates when necessary. Upon completion of the work, he showed me before and after photographs, completely cleared away all debris, then generated and forwarded an invoice within fifteen minutes after departing. The payment method was simple and touchless; my card was not viewed or handled I received a payment receipt, thank you note and an email. He actually provides a way to rate his service without any ability on his part to change or eject a review. He has redefined the meaning of "transparent" in the best possible way!
