Cece does a great job with my curly, fine, thick hair. Every service has been a success. Lash lift and dye, eyebrow wax and dye also really make your eyes pop. Plus Cece is always fun to chat with.

Haven't found anyone else in Seattle where I moved away 12 years ago, who can do my hair as beautiful as Cece did all those years ago. And still show off pictures of how my hair was cut. Was so rad ?
