Gateway Laundromat is a clean and peaceful place to do your laundry. The staff, including Delanie and the young lady in the morning, are friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant experience. The machines are quick and easy to use, and the facility is well-maintained. Although the laundromat only accepts quarters and has an ATM with a $2.50 fee, it is overall a nice place to get your laundry done. Prices for washers vary, with big loads starting at $7.25, mediums at $5.25, and small loads at $3.
I have been going to Gateway Laundromat for about 6 months now weekly. Have tried many different hours and day to find the best time to go in. I have found the best time depends greatly on the staff that is working. I have noticed weekend mornings are my absolute favorite and that is because the woman who works the weekend morning is the best. She is always working on keeping the place clean and is extremely friendly and helpful. she helps keep the homeless from lingering and making the customers uncomfortable. The young lady who works in the morning on the weekends is wonderful. All I can say she keeps the place clean tidy. Well run Unfortunately, the other young woman that works in the afternoon doesn't get up and clean anything.
Delaney was amazing and very helpful. I hadn’t been to a laundry mat in years and she helped me figure out what I was doing. The place was fairly clean and prices weren’t terrible. 5 stars for customer service!
