Excellent cleaning at a great value! Admittedly, it took a couple of missed appointments due to illness which was understandable. They more than made up for it with a 5-star clean! I set up recurring cleanings and am excited to continue to do business with Finishing Touch! The owner, Tracie McCord, is awesome, too!

The girls were on time and did an awesome job. The house is big and there was a lot to do. They worked hard and kept going and did a wonderful job! I would highly recommend this crew. They are reasonably priced and a great crew!

I reached out to Tracie over a year ago. We were new in Springfield and wanted a home cleaning service. Tracie was quick to respond and provide an initial cleaning cost - for a new built home, as well as ongoing services. Her cleaning team were always prompt and thorough. They also were happy to get guidance on items we wanted to give more attention. I highly recommend her service.
