I’m a new student here and I’m having a blast!
I feel better, happier and more confident than I’ve felt in years.
I’m setting and beginning to make progress on new health & fitness goals that will eventually help me perform even better.
The instructors are great, very patient, encouraging and know how to make learning fun.

My daughter had her first class last week and she absolutely loves it here. She is very excited for her next class with Frank Pollara. Frank is a master in his field and a master with the children.Over the years I’ve had experience with other training gyms…..boxing, karate, bjj. I’ve been around a few and I can honestly say that Frank is top notch. Glad we found this place. I’m looking forward to watching my daughter’s progress.

First class teaching and growth location in our area. Our young son is 2 years ther and just moved to the Black Belt Club. He has matured and progressed far beyond our expectations and dreams. His self confidence has increased which has helped greatly in school and all phases of his life and growth as a young man. Wonderful staff and facilities, we are very pleased with his experience with them and so is he.
