These folks have a great selection and great customer service. Pricing is equal to their competition but imo service is well above. We selected luxury vinyl plank to replace our worn carpet and Nigel came out to measure and gave us a firm quote. They were all super patient with the selection process and allowed me to check out samples to take home and eyeball, since it was impossible to match our existing adjacent hardwood floors. Shout out to Johan, Kendra and Matt for all of your help. Installation was scheduled several weeks out and we got a terrific installer, Fernando, who did an excellent job and gave great attention to detail. We had Di’s floor Centre install vinyl flooring in our home and are very pleased with the process. Nigel provided a reasonable and straightforward estimate and was always available when we had questions. Fernando, who installed the flooring, was fantastic. He finished before the estimated timeline with no hassles. We will definitely use Di’s for our next flooring project.

We are late in posting this review for Di’s. It took us a while to figure out the process. ?We are very happy to provide this five-star review for Johann and Di’s Floor Center. Our experience was excellent from start to finish. We love our new carpeting and are so appreciative of all the help we received. We were treated so well and we cannot recommend Di’s enough.
