They moved things around and were able to get me in at 4pm the same day..remember, it's a Friday and a long weekend. Dr Hiro was great, he spent time examining me and explaining the situation, his staff made sure I understood my insurance coverage. It was the perfect outcome to an unfortunate situation.“
