Capitol Dental Group is a friendly and efficient dental practice. The staff is super nice, welcoming, and helpful. The dentists are skilled and super nice, thoroughly explaining procedures and helping patients cope with anxiety. They are quick and efficient, making the experience easier. Patients, including children, come out with big smiles. The practice is recommended for its kind and non-judgmental care, though contacting them is sometimes easier through the callback queue than by voicemail.
For some reason the voicemail never gets picked up or responded to but we got a call back after using the callback queue right away and the associate helping us was very friendly and efficient.
I have a cavity and made an appointment in April that was supposed to be for September 12. The office called to cancel the appointment and the new one isn’t until March 6. I would give less than one star if possible
this place is absolutely terrible. They do not care if your numb or not they will start drilling on your tooth no matter what and they give you very little nitrous. Do not ever go there. They are terrible. I think they hired dentist that have not even graduated dental school
