They did such an amazing job! I had marinara sauce (food delivery accident) and who knows what stains from it's previous life as a rental car. Autorem was able to take care of those stains! and made my car look brand new! The car is beautiful. my husband was amazed and thoroughly agreed it was worth every penny!

the vehicle was very dirty inside and out definitely a big job. after he said he was done I briefly looked it over and found a few spots that were missed. he said he'd hit them and then go over the vehicle again to make sure everything was perfect. I trusted him to do that and I paid him and gave him a sizeable tip of about 34% of the total because I appreciated him traveling to me for the job, being on time, and hopefully being thorough. after he left I looked everything over again closely and found a lot of obvious spots missed and the more I looked the more I found inside and out. I spent about an hour on it and it's still not 100% the seats needed a deep clean because of dog odor. so I'll need to find someone for that since they still have light soiling and very strong odor. I had high expectations because of past experiences with other detailers. I was a bit disappointed with the results and having to finish the job myself. it really just comes down to attention to detail and needing a bit more of it. I'd still recommend, but be clear on your expectations and thorough on the finish inspection.
