Artistic Arborist LLC is highly regarded for its exceptional service and expertise. Customers appreciate the owner’s dedication, as he goes above and beyond to help, even during tough weather conditions. After an ice storm, he promptly checked on a leaning cypress tree and offered reassurance without charge, showcasing his commitment to customer care. Known for his artistry in tree care, he has saved damaged trees and educates clients on proper maintenance. His friendly demeanor and willingness to assist have left a lasting impression on those he helps. Recently, customers have praised the team for their masterful work and professionalism. Jason and Ryan received compliments for trimming trees after 19 years of growth, making the property look great. Clients also noted the efficiency and friendliness of the team. One customer shared their positive experience with the palm tree specialist, who not only trimmed their tall palm trees but also educated them about how palm trees grow. Doug and his team have been helping clients since 2021, ensuring the health of trees and the safety of buildings. They provided innovative solutions for a maple tree with rot, allowing the clients to keep it healthy instead of cutting it down. After the recent ice storm, the team responded quickly to requests for help, showcasing their commitment to service by addressing safety concerns, such as overhanging branches that could harm pets. Many recommend Artistic Arborist LLC as a reliable and knowledgeable arborist who genuinely cares for the community and their trees.
We had Doug here last week to prune two of our trees, a very large/mature magnolia and a sweet gum. (We hired him in part because a different arborist had earlier done a poor job on the magnolia.) Doug's work on both trees was outstanding and it was truly a joy to have him in our yard. He is very knowledgeable about trees, good to his employees, and a great guy. We cannot recommend him and his crew more highly.
We have used Artistic Arborist many times both for tree & shrub pruning (thanks Jason, Doug, & crew) and for wasp nest removal (thanks Doug!!). They have done an excellent job on the trees and shrubs, for example bringing back to vigorous life a showpiece black walnut tree that we had once been told (by a different company, 25 years ago) had only 3-5 years left. And Doug has done an amazing job vacuuming out ground wasp nests, always responding quickly to our requests and doing a very thorough job.
Doug just cleared out my wasp nest without pesticides. He explained the whole process, and was very professional. I can be out in my backyard now without worrying about getting stung!
