Years ago I saw a truck with the logo "Artistic Arborist" and made a mental note. Shortly afterwards, an ice storm damaged a very large cotoneaster so I called Doug. He assured me that it would regrow and it did. In this last recent ice storm, my gorgeous camelia split and splayed open. Doug made time in his busy schedule and saved it. I was so grateful! He is a TRUE ARTIST and the only arborist I trust. I also appreciate how he answers all my questions and educates me about the proper way to care for my trees. Thank you so much, Doug! Minutes after my call, during the thick of the ice storm, despite his 2-month backed up calendar, Doug showed up at our door completely unexpectedly just to freely give us the peace of mind that the leaning cypress tree was okay and will not cause us any harm.Today, 2 weeks later and for years to come, we will still talk about what an exceptional person this guy really is. After the ice storm in Jan of 2024, my son and I were in our front yard trying to get some low hanging broken branches out of our tree. Doug was driving by, pulled over, and offered to get them all out with his ladder and pole saw, free of charge. 30-40 mins later my tree was all clear of any hanging dangers. Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful, I would definitely recommend. Thanks again!
