What a lovely group of people. I had anxiety coming into the appointment, but quickly felt at ease in such a friendly, caring environment. Everyone was compassionate and eager to educate.The long waits and clerical issues initially had me worried, but this is really a reflection on the state of dental coverage with OHP more than the office itself. I was very pleasantly surprised to have such a rewarding first visit to an OHP eligible practice.

I had high anxiety when I started going to this office. Bad dental experiences had hesitant for sure. But the entire staff has been so great at walking me thru it and Making sure I'm ok I'm the process. The front desk ladies do their very best every time. Not once have I felt talked down to for my lack of routine brushing. I almost gave up on my teeth but they gave me hope in my dental health and my two front teeth again.

Being one of the only dental clinics in the area that accepts OHP means they’re always booked out months, usually 6+. This can be very frustrating and it’s why many people have a bad opinion of this clinic. BUT when I did get in for my exam they had a cancellation for a cleaning and they were able to get me in for that as well. It was a lovely experience, and I could tell the people who worked there really cared about the work they were doing. I’m very happy with my visit.
