I've had several computers worked on here. Great service, it's clean and well organized, which means a lot to me. Most of the time, if a place is a mess and unorganized. Then the service is the same... a mess.
Very personalized service! He could use a little more part-time help during busy times. I thought I had found my go-to spot to bring my electronics, but when he's backed up, he turns away work 😕
I usually can troubleshoot most of my computer issues, but the problem I was having had me stumped. I was able to take my laptop in right away and they checked it out the same day and told me what the issues/problems were. My laptop had hardware and software issues. They gave me several choices to fix the issues, and I chose to replace my 7 yr old laptop with an newlaptop they had in stock. They were able to move all my files over to my new laptop and I had my new laptop up and running the next day.
I appreciate how through they were about explaining the issue with my old laptop and with the solutions they provided me. I would have no hesitation using them again...read full review
