Fantastic gym, easily my favorite place to go. It's clean and comfortable, staff are extremely friendly and helpful and they have showers available. Every time it's been quiet and nobody bothers you. Great place to be!

My husband and I have been members here for many years. Clean. Friendly staff. Variety of equipment. We have been doing the group fitness training, which is a good whole body workout that incorporates strength training and cardio. Excellent trainers who will modify the exercises for the client's needs. After a while you get to know the other people who work out there, which gives it a very nice social atmosphere as well. The owner is also one of the trainers and is always very professional. I am baffled by the previous review's complaints about the owner and I do not know anyone there who has had that kind of experience.
