I drove all the way to Oregon for the rent Faire and my van broke down on the way. I went to fix it myself and then broke a bolt off when the repair was done and I was assembling it back... struggled to extract the bolt for two days. I called
JAMES m r ducks and told him the situation. I called on Friday evening at the end of the business hours. He called me back and set me up for Monday afternoon. He worked with me and got the dawn thing out in 30 mind. I had been struggling with it for 2 days. He is good people. And he knows his cars. If I'm ever in Oregon again James and M R Ducks Automotive will always be my first choice. Honest guy knows his stuff.
Needed an alternator replaced, and James not only met with me quickly, but let me watch him work and talked me through the process. The job was done incredibly quickly and saved me a lot of time and hassle that I had already gone through with two other shops. Will definitely call again if I ever need it.
James came on short notice to my home due to my vehicle leaking diesel at the fuel injector site and was able to diagnose and resolved the issue quickly. Highly recommend
