Making an appointment online is easy but our care team is usually booked out a bit. If we need to get seen sooner, a phone call to get an earlier date tends to go most smoothly if you are lucky enough to get Kathleen. She's thorough & if she doesn't know the answer to a question, she's honest & will get you an answer even if it requires a follow up phone call or message using MyChart. Check-In process is always quick, especially if you utilize the option to Pre Check-in online. All the staff were great in the care of my hurt wrist. Elda took my vitals and explained everything well. She was caring and professional. Roger was informative, effective, and timely in taking my X-rays. He showed expertise and was professional. Dr Sean B was helpful, informative, and very professional. I got seen in a very timely manner and the staff were accommodating and willing to meet my needs.

Every doctor visit, whether it's Immediate Care or Family Practice, labs or Xrays, it's always a great experience. I DO NOT enjoy seeing the doctor, but I'm never stressed out by the staff, the care or the treatment options. They're open at 0700, and they're attentive and effective.
