Had a great first experience with Oilstop. Had not been to a drive-through oil change before. The team was very courteous and explained things in great detail. They politely tried to sell their extra services and products without being pushy. Honored my groupon without any issues, and I feel the value was absolutely amazing.
Very happy with the service I've gotten at Oilstop. My Audi is running better than it has in years, and the people always have a customer focused attitude.
I have no problem giving a five-star rating
I was happy with the overall service however, they were suppose to add a stop leak so the gasket would rehydrate and possibly stop the leak. It was suppose to cost an extra $19.00. It is my understanding that they did clean the oil pan to see where it was leaking but when I got the bill it hadn't been added even though I had said yes. So, show me that the attendant mouthed his script but didn't pay attention. So, he missed out on the up sale.
Also, a oil disposal fee? What is that about? I have been getting oil changes for 40 years an I don't remember ever paying an Oil disposal fee before using
