Rebuilt my deck. Company was kind enough to help recommend product and amount needed. Ended up not using some specific pieces they recommend. They were unused and still boxed but would not accept a return. These were expensive aluminum railing pieces. Surprised they don’t have a return policy with their vendors.

I ordered some decking material, and needed it delivered to my home. I explicitly asked to have the driver contact me before coming out as i wanted it dropped off in front of my work shop. Was told it would take a few days for the materials to arrive, then they'd contact me. 2 days later the materials were dropped off in front of my house with no notification. Everything i ordered arrived so that was ok, but the delivery experience was poor. I emailed the salesperson, told them about this, they didn't even bother to respond.

Great price on select lumber, but make sure you bring your measuring tape and double check before you leave. Ian gave me the wrong size for 26 boards and it was a big hassle for me. On top of that he didn't even give me any kind of apology or anything to compensate at all for the hassle. SMH. Some piece of work he is!
