I’ve been using Conrad Lumber for years. Very knowledgeable staff willing to help with any product I may need for a job. If they don’t have it on hand they’ll get to work ordering it and communicate to me when it will arrive. Not like shopping at a big box store where you have to look for a cart and load it yourself. From resawn fir to composite decking I always choose Conrad Lumber!

I was referred to Conrad lumber from another supplier for pressure treated wood. I emailed Zach who was quick to respond got me the quote (great pricing by the way) and instructed how to pick up via will call. When I went in to pick up will call Tuan offered to help select Azek decking, even though it was super busy on a Friday Tuan helped with selection, options and let us know what was in stock to pick up today. Guess what now I have all the supplies to build our deck this weekend! The loaders that brought everything out were awesome responsive and courteous. Great experience! Thank you.

What can I say as a home owner and builder Conrad lumber is outstanding there quality of materials and staff are exceptional. Working with Casey was top self in designing and purchasing exactly what we where looking for"products came in on time delivery drops where perfect! One might even read poor reviews here about this small business but that's only because the builder didn't have a clue as to what they where doing in the 1st place! So before one decides to waste there money and valuable time having to load there own materials at Home Depot or pay for over priced lumber further down the road out of Sherwood I'd definitely check out Conrad Lumber before any others.
