I would give a zero if I could. Both Ken and Pamela were unhelpful and rude. After a mixup with my state taxes, all of my attempts for help went unanswered and I was only able to get a copy of my records after contacting the Board of Accountancy. I would not trust them and there are much more competent and professional tax preparers in the Seaside area. Avoid at all costs.

I called to make an appointment needing some tax advice regarding the capital gains associated with the selling of a home. I left my contact information and waited patiently 2 days for a call back which never came. I would find it best to use another CPA other than Ulbricht.

Ken’s firm literally forgot about me, my business, my employees and my taxes. For months I was sending emails to an accountant who wasn’t even with Ken’s firm anymore asking questions about 401k contributions and getting zero responses. I finally called Ken’s office and was informed the guy I was working with...was gone. Didn’t even work there anymore! No auto reply email was sent to me, no email from the firm, no phone call.
