I am a local who had no previous experience with this shop. I walked in to check them out, with a basic idea of what I wanted. Bear was behind the counter, he was kind, professional & helpful in every way. He helped me with some design ideas, and after a few tries & some great communication, we came up with the perfect one together. He's a very experienced and talented tattoo artist, and I look forward to getting some ink from him again.
