Nick the technician I was assigned was so professional, courteous and efficient! One of the best I’ve experienced in a long time. I will definitely be recommending your service to my neighbors. Thank you!
Nick is great, as is the whole business. I am very happy with all they have done for us. They have maintained our furnace until it but the dust, then they installed a new one. Today Nick did full maintenance on our tankless water heater, when we thought the beeping was from the furnace. Nick looked to solve the problem when it wasn't the furnace as we thought. Highly recommend.
The work was done efficiently and the employee doing the work was considerate, courteous and when he was finished, had exchanged new Thermostat batteries; replaced the air filter, checked the in-house units and made sure the system was operating properly - and cleared away all his tools and product packaging. A very comfortable and reassuring annual maintenance job. The Invoice also reflected a very welcome Senior Discount - thank you! I highly recommend Coast Heating and Cooling.
