Nick, the technician who serviced my home arrived on the early side of the given window which was great. He spent the time needed to thoroughly evaluate and assess and provide next steps etc. He answered my questions and was happy to explain what was going on and what he was doing. There are things he will be following up on with me as well. Very appreciative.
Our tech was very nice, polite and explained everything that we had a problem with. He was able to solve most of the issues and asked us to watch the system for the next 4 days and report back if the original problem was still occuring.
Getting a mini split installed in master bedroom. Everyone from Alex to having our large split serviced we're very professional and answered all our questions. Our new neighbor used them and was pleased with the work. Can't wait till Tuesday.
