Just want to shout out to the BEST team for an amazing install and customer service. I called and spoke with Andy to request a consult, and she sent Craig. He was very professional and friendly to work with and ran through all my option with me! I think he saved me a big chunk of change as I was looking to cool every room in my house, not knowing how they worked. Chuck, Jose, and Hunter were my installation team and they were so quick and efficient at their jobs. They performed the install and cleaned up after themselves when they were finished inside my home. They were very gracious as I had to do some moving around a bit to flex my initial thought of set up, so thank you all for your service and your patience while working with me.
