Working with Joel and the PAD team was amazing. They clearly communicated with me about cost and timing before the install. I drove over from Bend and they fit me in on time. Job was completed on time and at the quoted price. I can’t recommend them enough. I’ll be back for maintenance work and hopefully some after market seats in the future!!!

Very impressed with the results and equally so the professionalism. Was transparent about timelines and pricing, and provided updates on progress of my truck. This kind of service seems rare these days, and frankly a breath of fresh air.. Well done Joey/PAD!

Took my F-150 in for some transmission issues. They recommended that it be rebuilt (which was exactly what the Ford dealer told me). Since it's return I've put a couple of hundred miles on it now and all is good. The repair took longer than they expected due to a part they were waiting for. This caused me some angst because of a travel trailer I had rented. I was able to borrow another truck to pick up the trailer, but was going to have to make another trip into town to pick up my truck for the trip home. However Shawn, the shop advisor on my work, felt bad about the delay and delivered the truck to my campsite. Completely unexpected and above and beyond their responsibility. Definitely recommend this company.
