I had to receive some unfortunate news during my visit, and I could not have asked for a better doctor and nurse to deliver it to me. Both of them handled it really gracefully while I was trying to keep my composure and act cool. They were serious when they needed to be, and laughed with me when I needed them to. I’ve been coming here since I was a kid, seen many different doctors and nurses, the people the currently have in immediate care are incredible. These guys doing amazing work here. My wife and I are beyond pleased with the care we get so regularly there for our 3 and 4 year old daughters. The Doctors have been amazing. Nelson, Chan, Palazetti, White, all amazing and the others we have never had an issue with. Both our pregnancies went flawlessly and we owe it all to OHSU in Portland (On the Hill) and Scappoose. God Bless everyone who has ever helped us in these two establishments. 🙏

Got into an appointment for urgent care and was seen within 4 minutes of walking in. The receptionist was very efficient and friendly (I didn’t catch her name, she has blue and purple long hair). The medical assistant was also efficient. The doctor walked in within 3 minutes of the medical assistant leaving! X-rays were ordered and done immediately. We were in and out with the exam that was needed. Total time 35 minutes. I am so impressed at how quick this appointment was. Dr Chet was great. He was filling in today, but would have been happy to have him as a PCP if he ever moves out to our office. He was kind and caring and listened.
