We have taken our business vehicles and personal vehicles to this company for years. We are maticulous when it comes to our vehicles. They have always paid attention to detail and point out items they find when cleaning, such as wear in an area or somthing falling apart. Any coins or cash found, they will leave it in the car and let me know at time of pick-up. I recommend this company.
I went to Elegant Auto Detailing to get a minor scratch fixed on the bumper and they were very honest with me, said they'd do what they could, but may not be much. When finished, after working on it, they said no charge. I offered to pay by credit card, but that wasn't working that day so we settled on a small cash amount (and a 1/2 sandwich!) - very fair, no surprises. Robin F.
Excellent job! Diego was thorough, reasonably priced and kept in touch by text so I knew what was happening to my car. It was an extensive clean involving heavy mold. It took several days but the mold is gone. It no longer looks or smells like mold was ever there and it is Clean, Clean, Clean. I highly recommend Elegant Auto Detailing.
