“I called on a Thursday afternoon to see if they could look at a check engine light on in my RV. Roger who I dealt with said they had an opening the next morning (Friday)!! I took it in and they were able to identify the issue and fixed it. While it was there I asked if they could do additional work - e.g., oil change which they got in. After I received their inspection report there were a few 'yellow' items - so I inquired if they could also resolve those while in, and they said sure!!
A couple of points I want to make. First and foremost was Roger. I really enjoyed working with him through the process - he kept me informed of what was going on and ensured everything was completed by that afternoon! Second, and maybe it was just luck, but getting in so quickly and getting so much completed just amazed me - in a very positive way. I would not hesitate to take my RV back here for any work that they can perform on an RV.”
