This review is two years after Capital Builders worked for us. They did the best for us. They did right by us. Everything was honest and straight forward. The biggest question will be, did it last? Yes. David made sure our structure (ADU) was safe, livable, approved by the city. Oh, and he had to jump through hoops with the city. Capital Builders did the job, and they did it right. They fixed all of the problems, he was on site so often to check that everything was at his standard, and did so much himself. We used David and his crew a few years ago to do our windows, siding, concrete patio and walkway, garage door and door opener and were so pleased with the attention to detail when we were ready to remodel the downstairs of our house including a major Kitchen remodel we didn't hesitate to go back to David.David and Miguel have a very high standard when it comes to attention to detail and it really shows in the final product. David and team at Capital Builders have been great to work with and have done a fantastic job, again! In 2020 they replaced our front entry door and side window, replaced all the supports under our second story deck, replaced the hand rails on our deck, and updated our kitchen to include some floor repairs, removal of soffitts, new cabinets, new countertops, new tile backsplash, and a new sink.Fastforward to 2022 and the faucet at our kitchen sink failed, internally, and flooded our kitchen and down to the basement below.
