I have been tanning here for the last 3 years. I had an unlimited package which I paid for monthly and in the winter months. What they would do would be to suspend it for that time.And charged me $10 a month, instead of the $55. I went in today. Now take in mind. I paid $55 on May, the 18th I went in today. First thing I was told is I had no payment, no tans, then yeah, I was told, yeah, that I would be able to tan 4 the next 28/29 days. Well, upon leaving, I was in told that she had talked to the new owner.. and that they were she was doing away with all of the um, uh, plans the tanning packages, and that I was going to have to start paying 12. The employee Heather Anne Frane is very unprofessional! she is in and out of the bar next door and is probably drunk most of the time at work. she acts like a fool outside at the bar next door all the time working or not and it’s just not a very professional look. the owner should really do something about her cause she’s a very rude person and not professional at all!
