I am very thankful for how Wilson's Chapel of the Roses handled my father's final disposition. Specifically, Heather. I cannot say enough about Heather. She went above and beyond to accomodate my reqeusts and did so in a professional manner. We were able to lay my father to rest in Southern California and she handled all the tiny details that were so challenging. Thank you again for a supportive and well-handled experience.
All of the staff were so amazing to our family during such a hard time. Heather was the rock our family needed, she played with the kids, got the kids snacks and went above and beyond. Very pleased and couldn’t have asked for a better experience for our grandpa!
I’d like to say from the bottom of my heart, THANK YOU! I couldn’t be happier with the love, care and kindness you all showed my family and my father who passed. The way you took care of him while in the transition between death and burial was better than I could have asked for. Every single staff I had interaction with had so much compassion. Not a single person there, doesn’t belong. Brook in the front office, you were so kind and helpful in every way. Rusty, you fit well for us. You had the right amount of seriousness, sarcasm and compassion and that helped because in our circumstances there are so many emotions and you were able to match them all perfectly.... read full review
