I absolutely love this clinic, I have been going here a few years now and I’ve always been treated with respect and everyone is so kind and helpful. I’m almost 40 years old and I’ve had a lot of doctors in my life. James Cook is a 10/10. He has been the most compassionate and caring doctor I have ever had, he does not judge me for my past which is a first and he always goes above and beyond to make sure I’m okay. I will never go anywhere else! Thank you so much James and staff! You guys are amazing!

The umpqua health urgent care was very helpful when we brought our two year old in because he fell and hit himself in the face by his eye . They were nice and understanding that he needed to looked just to be sure he didn't need stitches or anything. Even they had thought he was 22 but he 2 but still very nice we got in quick
