Best urgent care I’ve been to both times I’ve been. Evergreen is a monstrous nightmare and this place is miles above them in terms of quality of care. I’m glad this place opened up to provide alternative care to Evergreen. The male doctor I saw today is the same I saw at my last urgent care visit and he’s always been friendly and helpful and listens to my concerns. The staff is also very nice and the phlebotomist did and excellent job.

Use to love them been a patient for years now but I'm getting super frustrated with the fact that they always seem to be cutting hours, taking random long periods of time off and shutting down their own urgent care services for days!!! Why? Your patients need care more often than you are open! This is also the reason why I haven't seen my regular Dr in almost 2 years now. The only thing that has stayed the same excellent care is Julie with her behavioral health care team! They are ALWAYS the best!!!

My children see Dr. Steven Jorgensen. I have been very pleased with the care he has provided both of them. He is kind, easy to talk to, he listens and responds to concerns with follow-up questions, he explains things well and my 12 year old son and even my 14 year old daughter are very comfortable with him. His staff is great. Responsive and friendly. I am grateful for them!
