This practice seems professional in my opinion, they have restructured and seem to be doing a lot better than the last time I came in around 2 years ago. Kudos for the staff being well mannered.

I discovered I had a very serious issue with my left eye. My provider called this office and I was seen immediately. Dr and all the staff were amazing. They were all very professional and caring. My eye required immediate surgery.

The most least compassionate office staff I have ever encountered. I had a bit of confusion regarding my child's eye appointment. I told the secretary that I lived outside phone service area and that I never received a message on my phone(I wasn't saying that she didn't call, just that I hadn't received message yet) and that's why we wasn't there at a certain time to fill out paperwork. Even though I was still there before the said appointment time. They turned me away even though I was there before the appointment time itself.
