I would like to give a shout out to Macady Waugh! Today she did my hair & took me from hair that literally had my crying my eyes out to what I actually wanted to begin with. I have thin & fragile hair but she wasn’t afraid to take her time & make sure I got the results I wanted even if it took her a few extra steps. She’s such a kind hearted soul who always has a great attitude even in times most would panic & she ALWAYS makes sure I leave happy with my results. Stylist: Macady shampooed, conditioned , cut and styled my fine hair from below shoulder length to very short. She listened to my request, made suggestions and gave me a wonderful new look. I will definitely go back!
Karen is absolutely amazing! She is so knowledgable! I came in with a mess! I’m trying to go gray. Instead of helping it along with gray dye, I had someone bleach it completely! Now it had to be started from scratch AGAIN! Super frustrating. I had a consult with Karen and she came up with a game plan. She de-toxed my hair and then proceeded to move forward with color. I walked out of the salon feeling like someone finally listened to me. Thank you Karen! I’m looking forward to a long relationship with her!
