Engaged them in May to install new gutters and do some roof repairs. Gutters were installed in June and I was invoiced for that work. I inquired regarding the roof repairs and got this response:"Hi Brian,I just sent the invoice for the gutters. Unfortunately, our metal crew is currently in the middle of a job. When they are finished, we will send Jason out to get an idea of what is needed for the repair.Julie"They did not send their person out. Since then I determined one of my new installed gutters has a leak. I asked about both the leaky gutter and again about the roof repair work. I tried calling them to check a leak in my pump house and they wouldn't even make a appointment at all. At first they were going to check their schedule and then once they got back to me they told me they weren't going to look at my roof whatsoever. Pretty much I wasn't worth their time. They need to talk to their customers a little more positive and not so negative.
