Dr. Stroup at O r Mobility Physical Therapy & Performance has been instrumental in getting my arthritis knee pain under control. I fully recommend his approach and expertise to others if they’re struggling with joint pain or mobility issues. Dr Stroup fully explains the approach he takes and care plan. He actively listens to me and modifies my care plan to meet my individual needs. The exercises he assigns have been very helpful to assist me in reaching my goals as well as provided relief from ongoing pain. I highly recommend Dr Stroup and his team to anyone wanting relief from pain and a stronger body for overall health.

I have nothing but great things to say about Garrett and his staff.Recently I ruptured my Achilles tendon, and the physical therapist I was referred to by my orthopedist was extremely expensive.
