I took my 10-year-old niece here to get her ears pierced and I can’t say enough good things. From the moment we walked in, Derek was incredibly kind and welcoming to us. The shop was spotless — you can tell cleanliness and safety are top priorities. Liam, who did the piercing, was professional, patient, and explained everything and talked her through every step, never rushed, and made it a positive experience. My daughter got a helix piercing. Liam did an amazing job! From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, outgoing, and made me feel completely comfortable. He was incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything clearly, which really put me at ease.

He stated that the shop was understaffed, but honestly, you would never know it because Liam provided such exceptional customer service. He never made me feel rushed and gave each customer his full attention.

The piercing itself was quick and had hardly any discomfort. Overall, it was a great experience, and I highly recommend Liam if you’re thinking about getting a piercing!

They were so welcoming! Caring and Understanding of my situation and concern for my new piercing I had received elsewhere. When I lost a ball while on adventure and just passing through, they really showed up with proper aftercare!!
