If I didn't need a new eye exam done so bad I would have left and rescheduled. I have 1:40pm apt, over 35 minute wait for appointment, there was 3 people in the waiting room and one being seen one person left without seeing the doc. The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the lady up front that helps with the beginning of the exam offered and made me the best coffee I've had all year!

Recently had some issues with another provider in town. We called the office to see if they were accepting new patients, when I tell you that they were 100% helpful with everything I mean it. From the minute they have said Hello, nothing but awesome customer service from them. The even have been helpful accommodating our situations and explaining things that the other office just told us to figure out. I am so happy to have moved all of our family over to this office, and we haven't even seen them yet!!

I have some pretty serious concerns regarding the intellect and intelligence of the doctor. The CDC has called off the mask mandate months ago, stating that they are not helpful and that there is no difference between vaccinated and unvaccinated. The fact that this "doctor" insists her patients wear a mask is a HUGE red flag. Ignoring facts and following through with a false narrative is both ridiculous and irresponsible. A professional who ignores facts cannot be trusted. In the medical profession, providers are sworn to do no harm.
