So I went on Yelp and liked the reviews that Bliss has gotten, and found Sarah at Bliss. The Salon is located in downtown Roseburg and is really nice inside, very tasteful, great vibe. It was a bank so there is a vault that you go into when they rinse your hair . Sarah was super friendly and right from the start I felt super comfortable. She asked me what I wanted with my hair, and gave her opinion and expert advice and went to work and my hair turned out beautiful! I am so happy I found a new stylist and I feel like I found a new friend in Sarah. She's funny, easy to talk to and a great stylist!“
