I recently saw Kimberlynn Dittemore, OD at Costco vision center. I found that her personality was cold or impersonal. While in the exam room she had a mask on while she spoke to me and I had a bit of a challenge understanding what she said so she spoke louder. It would have been considerate to me if she lowered it so I could understand her better. Also, when the eye exam was done, she moved her rolling chair far from me and finished explaining the possible options for my eye needs. She had a mask on, if she really believed that they make a difference, she wouldn't have needed to get so far as if to prevent her from possibly contracting a disease from me. Dr. Kitchens is wonderful! Our whole family goes to see her. Dr. Kitchens is professional, knowledgeable,compassionate and was outstanding with our 18 month old baby when he got a piece of dirt embedded in his eye. Her office has state of the art equipment and friendly staff. I can't recommend Dr. Kitchens enough!
