Rick gave a very reasonable estimate and time line on a bathroom remodel. As Justin started the demolition, problems became apparent from the previous owner/do-it-yourself idiot. The tub/shower stall needed a complete reframe. The glue used on the linoleum torn out the sub floor. Even the wiring needed extra care because the wires were the same color.We were burned by a contractor before, so , I saw our estimate climb out of control. Rick sent us the final bill via email.
