Mike inspected a potential home a few days ago. He found several serious problems and one huge safety issue. His documentation was outstanding. I was present at the inspection and he patiently answered questions. Great service and I will definitely use him again when I find a different home at the coast.

I highly recommend Emerald Coast Inspection Services. I recently (8/2020) used Emerald Coast Inspection Services for my pre-purchase home inspection. This was the most thorough home inspection I have read. Not only did it cover the traditional home inspection elements with written and photographic descriptions, but Mr. Sanderson details and photographs interior and exterior abnormalities that nearly rival a construction punch list! We paid the average rate for home inspections ($400-$500 for medium sized home) and he spent over 7 hours at the house.
