The house we rent in Dallas is a little (a lot) older. The breaker box is actually on the outside of the house which we’d never seen before. Especially one that faces to the west. When we moved in in October of last year we had to have the elements replaced in the hot water heater and couldn’t even find the thing. It was under a little roof/cover thing but was completely rusted inside and out. I’m not really sure how it even still worked. So fast forward to June. Our maintenance guy let us know that the owner(s) of the house made an appointment for 7/12. I do have to apologize to the gentlemen that were here replacing the box. It’s refreshing to have a company answer take job requests call back within 24hrs. Get a reasonable schedule job time booked. Have the technician show up on time performing the task at hand with an explanation how and what needed to be performed to complete the job. Even though this was a small job I wanted to say thank you to the team at DC Electric.Service: Electrical outlet & switch repair

The business is absolutely awesome. Having a gas insert put into one of our fire places and we hired these guys to install in electric outlet for the job. They came out and gave their bid and provided a very fair price. They did have to cut a small hole in some drywall but they covered it easily with a wall plate. Very happy with the service. Will for sure hire them again should some more electrical work be needed.
