Tom and Mario were great! Tom kept me informed about their arrival time, and about the work they were performing. VERY good pricing, fair and transparent. They hauled away our 16 year old water heater and the packaging for four new faucets. I have already recommended them to two neighbors, and will be a repeat customer in the future. We are VERY happy customers!

Twice now I've been in a bind because of other plumbing companies (local and corporate), and Tim's crew was courteous, quick, explained in detail what was happening and what was needed. They've even responded on weekends, when others would bill extra and they did not!The rates are reasonable, but if you consider the excellent customer service and response and quality work that's done right the first time - you can't get a better value. Thanks Tim and company!

I had somewhat of an emergency with a shower faucet failure. I called Tim and although he couldn’t come out right away he walked me through the repair on the phone and I was able to do it myself. What a standup guy!Service: Faucet repair
