Wonderful caring people. Always going above and beyond what is entailed for them, and it is much appreciated. From forgetting a card and letting me settle the bill later, to running laps around the building to search for customers lost items. The service is always great and they always try to get your little one in ASAP. The doctors are very nice and knowledgeable and it means a lot that they seem to try and connect with my pet before putting a thermometer in their bum. I'd expect the same courtesy ?
I had to change vets because of horrendous treatment by the former business. When i walked to Prineville Veterinary I was greeted immediately with kindness and concern for my dog. She was taken right away due to the emergent matter and handled with true kindness, gentleness and efficiency. Unfortunately, due to the lack of care by the other vet, she had to be euthanized. We adopted Buddy Boi a few months later and he had some health issues. Prineville vet took him right in, cared for him and his needs and now he's healthy and romps like a pup even though he's 12! Dr Betsy and her tech were amazing. Our dog had a grass seed in her eye which they quickly removed. They were so sweet and gently with her. We didn’t have a vet in Prineville as we had moved over from the coast but we do now?
